In order to receive the PTMG@home symposia and podcasts you will require a minimum internet speed of 1.5Mbps (up & down). Attendees with a bandwidth lower than this may experience delay or breaks in transmission.
Intellectual Property
Materials provided by PTMG remain the intellectual property of PTMG, who assert their right to worldwide copyright unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
The recording by any means of any symposium or podcast by registrants and/or third parties is strictly prohibited.
Data Protection
In order to process your booking it is necessary for you to provide the information requested in the Cognito registration form.
PTMG, as the data controller, is responsible for ensuring that the information we currently hold in the Membership List is protected and secure. PTMG and Bev Berridge T/A PDM Events & Travel Ltd. (“BB”) have entered into an agreement whereby BB shall process information in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. BB shall only use the personal information in strict accordance with instructions from PTMG, for the sole purpose of providing access to Airmeet and Cognito for registration for the event. The information may also be provided to public authorities if required by them, or by law. Under no circumstances will any personal information be used for further marketing or advertising.
By submitting this registration form you consent to this information being passed onto Airmeet, Stripe (payment software) and Cognito.
You are entitled to a copy of your information held by PTMG and BB. If you would like to see this, please contact PTMG. A small charge may be payable for providing this information.
Force Majeure
In the event that PTMG is prevented from carrying out its obligations as a result of any cause beyond its control, such as (but not limited to) acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, airline flight cancellations, strikes, lock-outs, flood, commercial unfeasibility, pandemic, fear of contracting Covid, influenza, or other similar virus, technical breakdowns and failure of third parties to deliver goods or services, PTMG shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as fulfilment is prevented.
